Flame detector with camera

The flame detectors from Fire & Gas Detection Technology (FGD) have been developed for safe detection and are immune to false alarms. These detectors are suitable for use in rough areas, including off- and onshore locations, hydrogen plants, ships and marine environments.

FGD’s FlameSpec series of flame detectors with a camera is available in IR3 (triple IR), IR3 for hydrogen or UV/IR configurations.

These flame detectors can identify various types of fires from a long distance with a very fast response time, including natural gas, methane, hydrogen and methanol.

Flame detectors with a camera from FGD automatically record video of detected fires and store it in the flame detector (1 min before and 3 minutes after the event occurred).

FGD also offer a full range of flame detectors without a camera, available in IR3 (triple IR), IR3 for hydrogen or UV/IR configurations.
